C.I. (Carmela Isabel)

My lovely niece proudly showing me her artwork. She told me she did this piece while she was confined in the hospital months ago. She then showed me "birthday cards" she made for her parents and for herself. She reminded me a lot of my eight year old self. CI, as I fondly called her when she was a kid was my first "baby subject"  but I only had a cellphone camera then. I was so moved though when she showed me her photo album where my shots of her being bathed as a baby, the grainy black and white ones were included. She also likes taking photos now using her mom's cellphone and is the sweetest sister to her three year old brother, Sam.
