Family Photo

Our town hosts a race every year.  It is a very hilly ten miler - in recent years they have added a 4 mile option.  When my husband and I were younger, we ran the ten.  We live at "mile 2" and our extended family would come and cheer us on (his brothers would also race) but that has been many years ago.

This year my whole family ran the 4.  It was really really great.  My son improved his time by 4 minutes - and my daughter and I ran the race I had planned - goal achieved!!!  It was a fabulous morning.  (it rained but it was ok)

Then tonight we went out to celebrate my daughter's birthday (on Monday) and since we were all dressed up, I took some family shots.
