old & new

It was very hard to choose because I took about 100 photos today, but I do love this one of my son, telling me about the Filene's basement building! I did put many photos, not all of them, but a bunch from our walking tour of the city up on flickr. I love how there is so much OLD here, buildings from the 1700's mixed in with so much new. We walked almost 7 miles today, nope, 9 miles!! Can you imagine. Dallas assures me the walk to dinner tonight is only 1 mile - It was 2!! so Liz & I requested an uber car (like a taxi) back to Beacon Hill!
