Peaceful Waters, Perfect Sky

Spent a worrying evening at A & E with the boy who was left prone on the ice at training this afternoon with a back injury. I hate A & E especially on a Saturday night.

Worst fears allayed it looks like it may only be torn muscle tissue but seeing him prone on the ice and not able to get up was frightening and seeing him down and not moving was possibly even more freighting.  Those of you who know Fraser know he is as hard as nails and never goes down so the coaches were right there and immediately down on their knees very concerned about him He's been given a pile of pain meds so seems comfortable but is adamant that he will be fit to play next weekend.


Today's shot was one I shot for my father in law, a place he walked every day until very recently however I fear he will not be well enough again to ever see this one
