Norwich MIND Festival of Cultures

An annual 'feelgood' event held at and outside the Forum in Norwich to celebrate the many different cultures which make up our fine city.  Music, workshops, dance, space to just 'be' and of course fabulous food.  You really could snack your way around the world.

One of the performance groups was 'Bollywood Sparkles' - they were like a dancing rainbow and you can see more of them here.

I also rather liked the message on the chap's shirt that you can see as an 'extra'.
