Herdwick

Last week when we were in the Lake District we visited Lowther Castle and happened upon an exhibition of the work of Jo McGrath.  We were particularly drawn to her pictures of the Herdwick sheep and decided to buy one of her prints.

It's finally made it onto the wall in our kitchen now along with some prints of some sheep from Scotland we bought from Iona (the prints not the sheep!) a couple of years ago.  I cover their eyes when we have lamb...

Exciting trip out tonight - Nicola Benedetti at Symphony Hall - taking my sister for her Birthday Present and throwing in a meal at Cafe Rouge too!
