Train Travel

It's always a pleasure to use the bullet train. Quick and efficient service and looks pretty cool too.

The woofer and his entourage arrived safely at their campsite and he is having such a great time he will be a day late coming home!

Meanwhile today will live long in the memory. I always tell people it's hard to get a bad meal in Japan... this evening however we achieved it. One word .., TERRIBLE!

Sadly it was the conference leader's first experience of Japanese food.... It could be her last...

I made an early break for freedom and am now snuggled up in my hotel with a large gin and tonic, some sinful ice cream and and episode of The Archers to catch up on. Things are looking up!
