Lobster fest...

Well, not really a lobster fest as such.....
We have a wedding for 130 guests on Saturday, and the starter is St. Andrews Lobster Thermidor with watercress, truffle and garden herbs.....
They are having 4 courses at £72:50 per head....mental!!!!!.....

This is the start of prep for that, so it's going to be a very crazy and upmarket day!!!!!
