Boooo to....

salad. Well that's what these folk think anyway. I must admit this isn't my photo but friends from work sent it to me as they all tucked into their lovely pizza whilst I sat in the office eating my salad and fruit. It's the racing season and training is hotting up so despite the temptation to scoff 10 slices of pizza I was very disciplined and actually really enjoyed my noodle lettuce lunch. I sent a picture of this to a chum and got this back from the team with the thumbs down to salad

It'll be worth it in the 'long run'
