Heidelberg Beauty

We arrived in Heidelberg today after a very long drive!! It is beautiful. I couldn't decide which photos to show you so I've picked the best two. Glorious view from our hotel too. We had a delicious sneak salad with chilli and olives and wandered through the cobbled streets.

The top photo is the Heidelberger Liebesstein where couples clip their engraved padlocks to the loop. You can see a great view down the river through the hole. The below photo is taken down the river from the Alte Brücke in the old city. I wish we had longer here!

Home time tomorrow. Must stop off at E.Leclerc before England.
