Hot fall color

This is the most colorful plant in my garden right now - some form of Celosia.  I used to grow these as houseplants, back when I had tons of houseplants in an apartment in Brooklyn with tons of light coming through the windows, and no gardens in sight.  I didn't know these could grow outside until I spotted them on the sale rack at the nursery this summer.  I know they won't overwinter, but for now they are happy and very cheerful.
