FREEDOM

Today was the first free day of the trip!! My roommates and I started the day off by eating breakfast a really cute café close to the hotel. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was cheerful. We then navigated our way to Paddy's Market which is by Chinatown. I was overwhelmed by all the stuff you could buy there, so I settled with buying only one boomerang. We ate lunch in Chinatown, which was amazing. I'm always in the mood for Chinese food. After lunch, we explored Hyde Park and made our way over to St. Mary's Cathedral to stare at its beauty. We would have gone in, but there was a wedding. We also saw a small part of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which was beautiful. We ate dinner in The Rocks and got a bus back to the hotel with the help of a very nice local. Once again, I had a great day surrounded by great people.
