ANYTHING GOES!

Today we got a special tour of the Hyde Park Barracks Museum and learned about the history of Australia and the convicts who first arrived. Inside we got to see their sleeping quarters where you learned that all slept in hammocks super close to each other. Later that night I also attended (Anything Goes!) at the Sydney Opera House. The play was fantastic with lots of singing and tap dancing! But I hope the Australians watching the okay don't think that's how all Americans act lol. I feel like Australians believe many stereotypes about Americans whether it's about crazy fraternity parties or that all southerners are racist. Hopefully I'll be able to enlighten and be enlightened while being here.
