A Burst of Color

It was a beautiful fall day, and still a little warm when I was waiting for the color to come into the clouds.  

I kept running in and out of the house each time after I thought I got the shot I wanted, only to realize each time I looked back out the window that the color was deepening.  Each time my husband asked "did you get it?"  He was making fun of me!
