Flowers.

On friday, the O/R family that put in a complaint against me a couple of months back, dropped off a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for me.  And the brick lady of 11/2013 gave me a thank you card.  It was humbling and sad and one of those small moments of 'win' that I'll treasure for a long time.  This morning the lilies in the bouquet bloomed and waking up to them reinforced that everyday will be better than the last.
