Christmas is coming!

The pudding is made. The Christmas cake, specially requested by Daily Post, is made - although it took me nearly all of yesterday to make that! With numerous interruptions and a visit to the Supermarket for ingredients I'd forgotten I thought it would be a complete disaster. I mixed things at the wrong time, didn't put the flour with the eggs etc etc and wasn't sure how long to bake it in the new oven, but, actually, it looks quite good! With a few more scoops of brandy poured over in the next few weeks it should be fine for Christmas!
