Day 978 - Fly Me...

...to the moon!

Another busy day...

I went to see another private client tonight who wants a wee extension so it's all go at home too!

I didn't get a chance to take any photos today (again) even although there were some brilliant stormy skies and a full double rainbow on the way home tonight (on the motorway so I couldn't stop!).

The moon was looking good and as I was setting up the tripod I saw a shooting star!  I made a wish...

It's the first time I have used the tripod with the D3 and my gubbed tripod head (quick release grip type thingy-ma-bob) doesn't like the weight of the D3 with the big lens so I'll need to dig out the old head...  I should have just taken this by hand as I had to hold the camera in place anyway!!!
