Labour Intensive

I collected all the remaining broad beans from the allotment at the weekend, so we have a glut of old, dry beans. The same happened last year and I didn't manage to find an edible solution but I thought I'd try and make humus. So I now have a wee bowl of the stuff sitting in the fridge and it tastes not bad, if somewhat heavy on the garlic! It was seriously labour intensive though so the chances of me making another 2 kilos of the stuff are pretty minimal.
