Busy day...

I was up at 5 today to get into work for 6. The idea was that I should work in my usual place and then go home. But it didn't work out that way. By 9 30 I was on my way to a new site that is setting up to help with that. I thought I was helping but when I got there I was latched onto as the visiting expert and ended up organising and sorting things out. I got stuck in three separate traffic jams on the way home but still had, just about, enough energy to make these toffee apple cupcakes and a Mary Berry recipe Tea Bread and an apple and mincemeat tart with windfall apples from the garden.
