Going Down A Different Route

No - not this path ............ this a regular haunt.

I have had the camera set on one of the 'scene' modes and set it to take jpegs so that I don't lose the effect with RAW.
It works best on contrasty subjects where the it darkens the shadows (best results I have got are with a darker background.
The nasturtiums from a few days ago got the treatment, as did the branch I have done before  and a bit of lichen and some flower I have no idea the name of.

The kids were well behaved after they had finished their respective scholastic endeavours - which probably means they will be foul tomorrow.
