Castle Howard

After a morning of household chores it was time to get on the bike. Although the sun was shining there was a brisk headwind as I cycled across the Vale of Pickering towards the Howardian Hills.

A quick pit stop to take this picture of Castle Howard delayed me sufficiently to encounter a light shower. At least it encouraged to keep the legs spinning round!
