Marmite at the top of the stairs on another gloriously sunny morning.

A lot of decisions made today - we'll leave for Portugal at the beginning of 2016, and our commissioning service will be on the 3rd of January. Feels good to have something solid in place. As solid as the future can ever be.

Also, have probably decided wallpaper and carpet for stairs and landing...
