Bourbon
Day one on Macleay Island. It was very windy and there was the promise of rain all day. It came in bucketloads in the evening. Not that we really minded.
Brad and I launched the boat late in the afternoon, found a sheltered spot and as luck would have it, there was a 20metre deep hole underneath us. The fishing wasn't great but it also wasn't a dead loss.
We all ate dinner out and after Kathie, Jo and little Olivia went off to bed, me and Brad got stuck into the Jack Daniels. At around 11pm it seemed a shame to leave and for tomorrow so we polished it off.
