Up!

After pre school, Lincoln and I headed off for a play date with CJ and LJ. Lincoln started out the visit on fine form, initiating some dancing and having a great time with all the toys. Then, everything changed. He started getting upset and within about 5 minutes it turned into a murderous scream. At one stage he took a breath in to start another big scream and he just kept holding his breath until he went all red. He had a bottle and screamed the second it was done so he had to have another. Thankfully there was some paracetamol on hand so he had some of that and calmed down after about 20 minutes of horror.
Thank goodness for friends who understand and have been there before!
By the time we got home to Daddy he was all smiles and laughter again. He had some fun climbing his chair to get at Daddy's Lego. On the way back down he worked out that he can go from sitting in the chair to standing. He practiced it a few times. He practices everything lately. He is very determined.
