You know it's Autumn when...

... the solar light is still on when you walk the dog in the morning and again in the evening. In between it has been a relatively manic day one way or another but I was disciplined enough to get my Y9 books marked before I left. There will be plenty to do tomorrow without having to do those as well: my second assembly of the week; four lessons to teach; a lunchtime detention to run; tests to invigilate and an 8pm finish thanks to our second open evening. But at least it will be followed by Friday.
