With flying colours

My colleague kept asking me to simplify the language I used for online course presentation while maintaining a high profile. But then her suggestion was that 'You need to imagine that you are speaking your academic ideas to a granny until she understands.' Well, I really need to re-learn English from a non-academic perspective, somehow. 

But this idea makes sense in that it is identical to the Chinese philosophy in poem writing - 'Read your verses to a granny until she appreciates the beauty of the language in its simplest format'.

Got two recordings done with an improved quality, eventually.
