Autumnal Equinox

I do so love seeing a Maple Leaf and this particular one seemed apt for the Autumnal Equinox. The changing of the seasons is becoming more apparent as the leaves change colour.

I've been extolling the virtues of a particular practice for bringing instant laughter into one's life. I heard yesterday that a three year old laughs on average 300 times a day. What a cool fact! So, my recipe for bringing instant laughter into your life is to wiggle your bottom; shake your tail feathers; shoogle yer bahookie. S had to give a lecture just after lunchtime today so he started by getting everyone on their feet and shoogling away. Those students are certain to remember that lecture!
