Bright eyes

I'm really rather please with this one although sadly it came a day too late for Tiny Tuesday and to spare the feelings of the arachnophobes amongst you.

After two days of stygian gloom is was an absolute delight to spend a few hours in Richmond Park in the bright sunshine. The whole place is rather awash with testosterone at the moment as it is the rutting season for the deer. I ended up with a number of shots of bellowing and priapic stags but in the end I thought this was a far more seemly picture for a family friendly site - besides I can always try for some more deer shots another day.
