Pampelmousse Botanic Gardens

Amazing lily pads at the botanic gardens. Apparently the flowers only live for 3 days. The pads are not even at full size yet. We had a guided tour at the gardens, which was great as we would have missed loads otherwise! One of the highlights was an iguana which changed colour in front of our eyes.

Also visited an impressive sugar museum which had lots of informative displays about the history of sugar production on the island. It's in a former sugar plant and has all of the equipment on display.
