Double vision

Our HQ in Lézignan is Le Kingston -- it's where we always arrange to meet on market day. We've known the owner Claudine ever since we moved here -- she and her then husband arrived from Belgium the same day we did, and S met them on a "how to set up your small business" course. She's a force of nature -- on her feet all day and never seen without six-inch stilettos, even, famously, on country walks. She runs the bar with her son Gregory, who is looking reflective here -- Claudine herself is hiding behind the phone-absorbed customer. We had a pause café during a rather busy day.
