Muttley Medal

I did it!!!  Despite my back problems, I ran the Swansea 10k.  No chance of a personal best today, the last 5k was brutal, my back is in half.

Another medal to add to the collection.  I'm just like Muttley.....Medal! Medal! Medal!
Wales got their World Cup off with a win, but more injury woes again.
