"Heartbeat"

Went to the pain clinic this morning to check up on my symptoms left over from my spinal surgery around 3 1/2 years ago. All is well and they're pretty happy with how I'm dealing with them, especially in light of my pregnancy.

On the way home I treated myself to a Carluccio's hot chocolate and yummy crispy chicken panini! I also popped by Covent Garden to take a look at the Heartbeat art installation which finishes at the weekend. Pretty cool!
