On my way to the lovely Kate's house in Kensal Green in London I walked past this. After months of campaigning, volunteering and civil action, the local council managed to sneak into the local library at 3 a.m., remove the books and close it.
This pop-up library has popped up since but shame on you, council, books aren't a luxury they're a must.
