Favourite toy

Its the end of a water gun and she found it in the garden where it has been languishing for gods knows how long. The 2 bits of gravel in it puts it at the top of the list as her absolute favourite thing, it skids across the floor like it has a life of its own making an insane rattling noise. She finds it really hard to pick up and ends up chasing it the length of the house until it gets stuck somewhere and she has to do her funny little puppy bark. keeps her exercised for another 2 days until she can officially leave the house.

In other news, emergency carpentry and plumbing means we now have a working bath and by happy coincidence a non-leaking (but apparently slightly rotting) front door.

And thats it really. Apart from a vague wish that it would stop sodding pouring with rain, I had to get changed after school drop off this morning such was my sogginess.

PS and yes the floor is that dirty. It is worse in other areas where muddy and rain have been traipsed in and out for the last two days.
