Meeting old friends

Look who I met on my walk/bliphunt today - dear Lottie and Freckle, out for their afternoon constitutional with their human. Their modelling hasn't improved since I last blipped them, even with a restraining hand or two.

This morning I tried a Pilates class for the first time, so I may well be crippled tomorrow. I certainly used some muscles that I'd forgotten I possessed!

Another lovely day, though noticeably chillier than last week.
