This is Lolly Bag Cake made famous in Masterchef by patissier show off Adriano Zumbo. It's a slightly scary combo of lots of different tastes from your childhood sweeties including mint, strawberry chocolate and tutti fruitti notes and to be honest it's a gimmick. Cute to look at but a taste confusion.
