*Today was my final long training run before the Bournemouth Marathon on October 4th. Banked 20 hard miles from Stratford to Wandsworth Park (which I had to run around 4-5 times to complete the distance) and I returned home to find my Bournemouth running number, 4781, had arrived. No backing out now.
