Eye eye

Weigh in this morning, neither up nor down, so that means more exercise and less food next week - but at least the lamb burger I had yesterday when in town didn't blow me way off course.

After a lazy start we went for our bike ride, rather nice and quite and we made good speed. After that I watched yesterday's Dr Who while doing the ironing.

Today's back blip is a close-up of the eye on a very small peacock feather that Pierre has shed. We have quite a few in the garden and this is a very small one.
