Eyes on the prize

A busy and damp Monday with only two lessons taught but the rest of the day filled with meetings and a very quiet emergency call out session. I came home via a bit of retail therapy but still didn't manage to replace or find the required lamps. I did manage to buy a cushion and two fairly random storage boxes instead. Bailey was relatively pleased to see me when I got home and we went for a wander after tea under a vaguely pink sky. The days are certainly getting shorter and we'll soon be walking in the dark again. He has been good company this evening, particularly when he had his eye on my chocolate. A necessary treat when I can't quite believe that it is only Monday.
