Still laughing

Here I come just finishing the 5 K fun run. First time I have run for 5 years so I took it slowly - 50min not like daughter Louise who did 5,000m in 17.14 My excuse is that there were 4 hills to climb. 
A glorious day down on the North Bay and raised money for a local charity.
