Day 109: -Zoomies

Greyhounds are sedentary for 23 hours and 55 minutes a day. They spend 4 of the other five minutes zooming around like lunatics, then the remaining minute digging. Lizzie's preferred method of zooming is to chase a mini space hopper around the garden. She hasn't quite learnt that she needs to let go of it for me to throw it again, and I am not keen on getting all dog spitified. Here we are negotiating.

So my mild mannered daughter who never utters profanities and has recently turned vegetarian had a nightmare journey home on the bus. She sent me an expletive filled text which made me spit my coffee out then arrived back and announced she needed a burger.
