Probably a Weed

I went out for a wander in the garden in search of a blip, and the sun came out for a second and shone on this pretty flower which has poked its way through the holes in the fence. It's bucketed down all day, so it was welcome.

Mondays are becoming a bit manic, lots of different things to do, but I was ruthlessly efficient and all in all it was a productive day. I have identified lots of students who need support and have put that support in place. Same again tomorrow.

Hopefully I won't wake up at 4.40 tomorrow though....I was trying to bring my wake up time slightly earlier so that the alarm clock doesn't wake me right in the middle of dreaming sleep because it makes me slow and grumpy in the morning. I teach all about sleep and the theory is that if you can set the clock for the natural end of a sleep cycle, you feel much better. I wasn't planning on it being quite so early though!!
