Dartmoor Stream

I went to Manaton on the moor today. The miserable morning had turned into a gorgeous afternoon and you can see the lovely blue sky and big white clouds in my extra of the church. I've blipped the church before  but this lovely little stream is a tributary of Becka Brook which becomes Becky Falls (and which I must visit again this autumn).

Dappled light was coming through the trees and I tried various exposure lengths. This one of 1/6 second seems the best to me. I've used a polariser to bring out some detail from beneath the surface of the water.
