My fish not good

My fish are in the bowl top left. Some were floating on the water this morning so I took them out the pond quick . The garden centre tested the water and it was not right . So I got my money back. And will try again next year . The other shots were taken in the aquatic Centre. What about that fish with legs , bottom right . The man said also he thinks my fish will be ok. glad I got them out .
