Red and White Dahlia

We went to the dentist this morning, Mr A had to have a filling, but I only had to have a clean and polish. Then we went to Scotsdales Garden Centre, where we had coffee and cake, a gluten-free chocolate brownie for me, before purchasing a variety of flowering plants, herbs and other bits and pieces for the garden; then we had lunch and returned home.

I could not decide what to photograph as I liked all eight Dahlia flowers equally, so I have put them all on Flickr and chose this red and white stripy one for Blip.

It has rained most of the day so the plants will not go in the garden until tomorrow, when hopefully it will be dry.
