view from on high....

for some unknown reason I thought it would be a good idea to have a quick dash up the hill at the back of our house before breakfast this morning, in spite of gasping for breath all the way up and my knees almost giving up all the way down, I suppose it was worth the effort...but don't think I will be doing it again in a hurry!
