The Hague

I was up at 5am today as we had an early start to get to The Hague for a cross country race. It was a tough course as it was only one kilometre from the beach so it was a pretty sandy, hilly course. After all the races we all took a slow jog/walk to the beach for a bit of fun. The team loved splashing around in the north sea and it was hard to get them all out and back onto the bus. It was worth it though as these are the races that they'll remember fondly and I've seen some lovely messages and photos that they've all left on our private Facebook page.
