Stormy sunset

Had a lovely day in Sorrento today.  We are so glad that our lovely hotel is located just outside (easy walk).  It's a small family hotel in an amazing location on the top of a cliff overlooking the Bay of Naples.  

We had good weather today but were lucky to avoid some of these thunderstorms that skirted by.  The sunset treated us to some spectacular crepuscular rays from this anvil cloud with the edge of Sorrento on the left and the island of Ischia on the right.   

It looks like Capri is getting a pounding from the thunderstorm.  We are visiting there tomorrow.

PS - there may be a few other similar Blips from our party tonight!
