Weekend Ends

Friday night seems like such a blur as I stopped by the supermarket for a wee bit of gin and some bottles of tonic on the way home.  A couple of gins later and I was a tad tipsy.  Oh well it was Friday.

On Saturday morning we headed into town to try to get some of my cards/ accounts etc changed to my new name.

I did spend quite a lot of time thinking about whether to change the name - at the end of the day Steve and I have made a decision to be one family so it makes sense to share the family name and he is still a wee bit too traditional to take mine.  Double barrelling with our names didn't sound right so seemed simplest thing to do.  As it turns out changing your name is actually quite a palava - this may take some time.

In the garden we have some climbers which I notice are now flowering nicely but also have some interesting fruit like balls on them - the birds or something have been nibbling at it and there are these interesting seeds in it.  I think they are clematis....

Wedding pics/ proofs are available which is exciting - the day seems like it went past in such a blur.
