Extremes

Glorious sunshine, blue sky and FRESH air yesterday.....
Today I'm having to settle for fake scenery and not so fresh air in the Virgin train toilet!

The patient isn't having a good day. Kidney infection.... !! Where on earth did that come from.... ? He had a great day with his big brother yesterday, made more enjoyable by watching his team beat city! At least he's In the right place to get it dealt with quickly!
